Out of State Subpoenas
The Situation
An attorney based in Seattle, Washington asked us to retrieve subpoenas from the Denver District Court that would be sent to a Colorado company for a case based in the state of Washington. This was a rush request that needed to be fulfilled within 24 hours.

Normally, it can take a few days to receive out of state subpoenas; however, Access/Information was able to have a judge’s clerk review the documents right away so that they could be available for the process servers.
